These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nuvessa Essentials LLC website and your purchases from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a parent or guardian) to place an order. Our services are not directed to children under 13.
3. Products, descriptions, and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may vary slightly. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to limit or refuse orders.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and/or charge your payment method. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe and Square, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay via Square. Payments are processed on PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure; we do not store your card details. You authorize us and our processors to charge the total shown at checkout, including tax and shipping.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. Orders ship within 2 business days; typical delivery is 3–5 business days. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for rates and details.
7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Unused items may be returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If an order has not shipped, contact us to cancel or change it. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
8. Promotions and discounts
Discounts, coupons, and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless noted, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Free shipping applies to US orders over $49 unless otherwise stated.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, use it for unlawful purposes, or engage in fraudulent transactions or card testing.
10. Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Nuvessa Essentials LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any implied warranties that apply to consumer goods.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvessa Essentials LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
13. Legal and export restrictions
Our products are intended for personal, household use within the United States. You are responsible for complying with any local laws applicable to your purchase. We do not ship to destinations prohibited by US export or sanctions laws.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
