Shipping

  • Rates: Flat $5.99 within the United States. Free shipping on orders over $49.
  • Handling time: Orders ship within 2 business days from Fort Myers, FL.
  • Transit time: Typically 3–5 business days after shipping, via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Destinations: We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is the sum of handling (2 business days) plus transit (3–5 business days). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we will always help you track a package.

Returns

  • You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, email NuvessaEssentialsLLC@outlook.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened; this will be noted on the product page where it applies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Cancellation policy

If your order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change or cancel it before it leaves our facility. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. We do not currently sell subscriptions; any future subscription or recurring offer will include its own clearly stated cancellation terms.
